5 Beginners Mistakes to Avoid In Free Aussie Pokies [with Specific Examples]
These common errors influence the chances of collecting special symbols or matching identical icons to make a winning combination.
Our experts describe mistakes on popular free pokie games that need no download, deposit or registration, and how to solve them:
- 😭 Mistake #1. Misunderstanding the bonus symbols in Bull Rush. Most beginners forget to study Bull Rush’s paytable to note special signs. They assume any icon combination triggers internal features. It has 2 bonus symbols, including golden coin scatter and bull wilds.
- 💡 Solution: Bull wilds replace regular symbols except for the scatter, which activates additional plays. First, visit the paytable to learn the symbols and adjust the bet size to land wilds.
- 😭 Mistake #2. Ignoring Free Spins Multiplier in Big Red. Big Red free online pokie with no download includes a special 2x multiplier unavailable in the base round. Newbies overlook the multiplier, assuming all special ones award the same payout.
- 💡 Solution: Collect kangaroo wilds that offer x2 multiplier. Use this multiplier to boost payouts by focusing on landing wilds during bonus rounds.
- 😭 Mistake #3. Ignoring Sunset Symbol In Dolphin Treasures. It offers 14 icons, making most newbies ignore a sunset wild. This reduces the chances of landing a potential max payout.
- 💡 Solution: Line 5 sunset symbols on reels. These icons award 9,000x total bet as max wins. Adjust bet size to pick more wilds.
- 😭 Mistake #4. Underutilising Medal Symbol In Red Baron. Most newbie Kiwi players underuse a medal icon, reducing the chances of activating bonus rounds for additional winnings in free online pokies with free spins and no registration.
- 💡 Solution: Land medal wild on reel 3 to complete winning combinations. It should be on Reel 3 alone to trigger winning chances.
- 😭 Mistake #5. Not Adjusting Payline Configuration In Indian Dreaming. It has flexible paylines with intuitive button controls. This mistake reduces the chances of winning when playing at the default setup.
- 💡 Solution: Use total paylines at 243 ways to win to increase opportunities of landing winning rewards. Activating all paylines per play could land 3+ dreamcatcher scatters to trigger extra rounds.
- 😭 Mistake #6. Not Aiming for Wild Bonus Symbol In Queen of the Nile. Most beginners miss out on landing a max payout of 9000 coins by not aiming for Queen Cleopatra (wild).
- 💡 Solution: A wild icon replaces other regular signs to complete winning combinations. Play at max bet to land 5 wilds on an active payline for 9000 coins.
